COIL-CLEANERS FOR AIR SIDE MAINTENACE

GAB-COIL CONCENTRATE is perhaps one of the best heavy foaming coil-cleaners available in the market. It has been developed to remove contamination from heat transfer surfaces and increase air flow for increased electrical efficiency. The formula of an alkaline plus surfactants is especially effective where heave grease accumulations "plug" air conditioning coils.

It penetrates deep into coils, and its "expanding foam action" pushes contamination outward from the center of the coil for easy rinsing away with water. With this method of cleaning, there is no danger of forcing dirt further into the coil as is possible with pressure washing. COIL-OX CONCENTRATE is a self rinsing coil-cleaner. It is manufactured to be strong enough to emulsify and remove contamination from heat transfer surfaces. The key to the use of COIL-OX is to apply it to the upstream (intake) side of the coil with the air-flow on whenever possible. This method of application causes the chemical to mix with the air on its normal turbulent pass through the coil thereby wetting with chemical all heat transfer surfaces exposed to the airflow. As this process continues, the heat transfer surfaces soon become saturated with COIL-OX and the chemical begins to flow downward in the coil toward the condensate pan and out of the drain, as does normal condensation. COIL-OX concentrate is totally safe, easy to use, economical and effective. It is non-toxic, virtually odorless, non-flammable and biodegradable. COIL-OX concentrate is to be carried into the air stream down-wind of the coil.

NAR-COIL CONCENTRATE is a heavy duty coil cleaner. It is very effective chemical designed to clean aluminium finned air-cooled condensers. During normal operation, the fin and tube surfaces of air-cooled condensers can become coated with airborne contamination that will cause restricted heat transfer efficiency. NAR-COIL is a blend of solvents, wetting agents and acids specifically made for use in the cleaning of aluminium finned air-cooled condensers. Within minutes after the application of NAR-COIL, the chemical will create foam that will expend outward from the center of the coil. The foam, as it expands outward through both the front and back of the coil, will loosen and remove even baked on contamination from the fin and tube surfaces. NAR-COIL will effectively clean air-cooled condensers from the inside out.
