Ice-Clean is more than 50% phosphoric acid and has the greatest food-grade quality. It is a very safe but fast acting product and does not emit any harmful fumes. With a phosphoric acid content of 75%, it is the strongest cleaner for ice making machines on the market. Ice-Clean has a specific gravity of 1.55 and a weight of 13.6lbs per gallon. The usage rate for Ice-Clean is 8 fl.oz with 3 gallons of water.

Directions for use

ICEMACHINES - Use 0.5 Liter of Clean-Ice for each 16 Liters (4 gallons of water in sump. Circulate for 30 minutes, drain then flush thoroughly.

DISHWASHERS – Fill to 2 or 3 inches below over flow level. Turn on tank heater .Add 0.25 Liters of Clean-Ice and run machine until lime scale disappears. Apply at lower concentrations where spray does not react. When clean, drain tank and refill with fresh water. Run for 5 minutes before draining.

COFFEE URNS – Fill urn jacket with hot and add 150 Ml of Clean-Ice per 4 Liters (1 gallon) of hot water. Heat and let stand for 15 minutes. Drain and flush thoroughly with fresh water.

STAINLESS STEEL> and ALUMINUM EQUIPMENT - Apply 150 Ml of Clean-Ice per 4 Liters (1 gallon) of hot water with a saturated sponge or cloth. Rinse with clean water and wipe dry.
